The main character Ethan Winters is trying to find his missing wife Mia, and for this he goes to an abandoned mansion in the American outback. Instead of his wife, he stumbles upon a family of cannibals who are not averse to having a meal as a guest, which, in principle, is where the "showdown" begins. More precisely, they begin with dinner, when the guy is trying to feed the remains of a person, and then chop off a piece of flesh. When there are many opponents, and there is only one hero, and even with empty hands, it is difficult not to panic. The developers were betting on this: defenselessness and helplessness, when the only desire is to get away with it. But, if you concentrate and turn on your brains, then it is quite possible to get out. As in real life, in general.

But at the same time, the balance in "Resident Evil 7 biohazard" is observed, the authors clearly balanced fights and puzzles, giving the hero a little breath. After all, the game in the first person brings a lot of tension, especially when you have to kick with cannibals and evil spirits in a tight space.

You can influence health with the help of special steroids, and really speed up the reload time of your weapon. In addition to cannibals, other evil spirits are enough in the house and its surroundings, therefore, weapons must be selected, taking into account their characteristics. Namely:

• ax and chainsaw - for boss fights.

Players note that the dynamics are different in the first half of the game, where they have to fight with evil spirits in the house. And as soon as you dash around the neighborhood, there are few puzzles, and the main task of the hero is to shoot bigger and thicker monsters.

Technical Features of Resident Evil 7 biohazard

Critics note that the game has a well-developed rendering of faces, animation, dynamic lighting. There is also a great sound design: rustles, screams, whimpers, stamping of feet perfectly reflect the oppressive atmosphere of the cannibal estate. Unwittingly, you start looking for enemies around the corner, where they simply cannot be, but this is a special drive!

Puzzles also require thinking, although special knowledge is not needed here. Again, they fit well into the story of the plot. Experienced players provide a few valuable tips for newbies to reduce the hassle of the “poke” method:

• When Ethan walks down the street to the Baker estate at the start of the game, he should examine the car and bag he sees along the way.
• To defeat the head of the family, you need to pick up the policeman's pistol, it is easy to find it in the attic, behind the door on the right. Then take the car key on the tool table and simply run over the cannibal while driving.
• When Ethan gets to the bathroom, there he needs to find an eagle figurine, it is in the bathroom, only the water needs to be flushed. The main disadvantage that players note is the crumpled ending of the plot of "Resident Evil 7 biohazard". The hero wanders through the swamps, "extinguishes" monsters, and at the end appears in a completely different form, even voiced by his different voice. Not to mention the fact that it is completely incomprehensible what he was looking for, found or not, and why he wasted so much time and effort at all. The advantages, as already noted, are the perfectly conveyed atmosphere, elaborate sound and verified stages of difficulty.

So those who like to drive evil spirits through dark corners will enjoy the entertainment. But you still need to solve puzzles, which will also have to be taken into account. But, in general, the game is kept in the best traditions of horror, and in order to tickle your nerves and push out a generous dose of adrenaline, this "toy" will do a good job.
