The Jackbox Party Pack 3
What to do at a party if there is little alcohol, and the gathered guests are quite intelligent people who don't really like to just dance to electronic music with a "straight barrel"? Get hold of the board games, of course! A couple of successful games will give you a few hours of fun, excitement and healthy competition.
Fortunately, the 21st century is long outside the window - and now you do not need to buy a paper board. You can just start The Jackbox Party 3! Includes five fun games for businesses in local and global multiplayer.
The Jackbox Party Pack 3 Roster
The Jackbox Party Pack 3 includes five separate projects:
- Quiplash 2 - a quiz with funny and witty answers for 3-8 participants;
- Trivia Murder Party - another quiz, only now the killer-leader asks questions, for 1-8 participants;
- Guesspionage - an investigation board game with fun questions for 2-8 participants;
- Tee K.O. - a battle to choose the funniest lettering on T-shirts for 3-8 participants;
- Fakin 'It is a board game for cunning, in which you need to identify a “rogue” whose tasks are different from other players, designed for 3-6 participants.
Almost all games are designed for streaming. While 1-8 gamers are answering questions or trying to guess the required percentage, the rest of the viewers vote for the most successful options.
How to play Quiplash 2
Quiplash 2 is an interactive quiz game with witty and funny answers, somewhat similar to Cards Against Humanity. First, a question-topic is presented, like “In Old England, the vagina was called ...”, “Papa Smurf will be engaged in retirement ...”, “The worst inscription in order to carve it on a tree ...”.
Then the participants come up with a witty answer to it or choose from among the appropriate cards. And viewers vote for the funniest of them.
The game is strictly 18+.
How to Play Trivia Murder Party
The Trivia Murder Party game is a general knowledge quiz with an interesting setting. The killer asks the questions here. If the player answers correctly - well, good, he goes to the next round. But for the wrong option, if you're lucky, a mini-quiz opens. And if the player is not so lucky, then he is eliminated from the round, remaining a ghost until the very end of the round.
It is worth noting that the questions in Trivia Murder Party are focused on the knowledge of American popular culture - TV shows, films, even geographic coordinates and features of social life. For a person who has never encountered a Girl Scout, it will be quite difficult to choose the right name for the chocolate chip cookies these girls prepare.
How to Play Guesspionage (from The Jackbox Party 3)
Did you watch "100 to One" TV show as a child? Here's a rough idea of the gameplay of the Guesspionage quiz. For example, consider the gameplay on one issue:
- First, the audience is asked a question - for example, "Do you believe in Bigfoot?";
- The player then needs to guess what percentage of the audience answered “Yes”;
- If he guesses correctly, he will receive 3000 points. If the selected percentage differs from the real one by more than a third, then no points are awarded to the player.
The final round is even more reminiscent of "One hundred to one". You want to choose the most popular answer options for a particular question.

The game also consists of several rounds:
- First you need to draw three designs that can be drawn on the T-shirt;
- Then - come up with slogans that can also be depicted on a T-shirt;
- Then try to combine pictures and slogans to make the funniest combination.
When all the T-shirts are done, the battle begins. Viewers (or other participants) vote for the funniest combination. This process continues until the final winner is selected.
How to Play Fakin 'It (from The Jackbox Party Pack 3)
The game "Lie to Me" (this is how it was localized) is not well suited for streaming or matches via voice communication, unlike other "board games" in The Jackbox Party Pack 3. The fact is that here it is desirable to see the faces of "opponents ".
The game begins with the fact that each of the participants receives the task - to raise a hand, point a finger at the other, demonstrate several fingers, build a funny face. The "swindler" does not get anything. His task is to get out of the situation. And the rest need to determine who exactly is the “rogue” in the team.
The last round is the hardest. Each player receives three questions. The “rogue's” task is slightly different from those received by the rest of the party members. He needs to think strategically because he doesn't know what questions the rest of the players got.
